Jessica Saunders

Founder/President

Jessica has spent over twenty years working as a strategic HR business partner to both large and small organizations. She spent the early part of her career working for large companies such as GE Capital, JP Morgan and Andersen Consulting, and spent nine years working for a wealth management firm where she was the Director of Human Resources. After having the opportunity to work with such amazing organizations, executives and colleagues, she decided to start her own HR consulting firm as a way of sharing her knowledge and expertise with smaller businesses. EllisJordan Consulting is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.

Jessica holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and a masters degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. Jessica is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and Hogan 360 certified professional. Jessica is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Chesapeake Human Resources Association and National Association for Female Executives.

Jacqueline Thomas

Senior Consultant

Jackie Thomas is a Senior Consultant with EllisJordan Consulting.  Jackie has over twenty years of experience working as a trusted advisor, coach, and partner to senior leaders in global organizations across a multitude of industries.

She has held HR positions at various firms such as Guy Carpenter (A Marsh & McClellan Company) and Business Wire (A Berkshire Hathaway Company). In addition, she has worked within the wealth management and performance reporting space as an HR Business Partner for six years.   Most recently, Jackie served as the Director of Human Resources and Operations within the medical industry specializing in orthotics and prosthetics.

Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Lehman College (City University of New York) and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the New School University.  She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Chesapeake Human Resources Association.
