Jessica Saunders is the founder and president of EllisJordan Consulting. Jessica has spent over twenty years working as a strategic HR business partner to both large and small organizations. She spent the early part of her career working for large companies such as GE Capital, JP Morgan and Andersen Consulting, and spent the past nine years working for a wealth management firm where she was the Director of Human Resources. After having the opportunity to work with such amazing organizations, executives and colleagues, she decided to start her own HR consulting firm as a way of sharing her knowledge and expertise with smaller businesses. EllisJordan Consulting is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.

Jessica holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and a masters degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR). Jessica is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Chesapeake Human Resources Association and National Association for Female Executives.
